Jewelweed has been used traditionally to help soothe poison ivy. I’m fortunate enough that I could probably walk through an entire patch of poison ivy, and it would not have an effect on me, but many people aren’t so lucky. If you’re looking for an all natural herbal remedy to help get you through the summer months Jewelweed salve may just be what you need!
Jewelweed salve comes in a 2oz metal tin. I like to forage my Jewelweed fresh and therefore only in stock from June through September depending on the demand. I start out with freshly foraged Jewelweed and infuse in organic olive oil and organic sunflower olive oil.
Ingredients: Fresh Jewelweed stem, organic olive oil, organic sunflower oil, organic beeswax, and vitamin E.
